Yellow coloured with a creamy, white head. The aroma is hoppy, with spicy and fruity notes. The full flavour is characterised by a soft initial taste which develops into a pleasant bitterness.

Just like wine, the flavour of re-fermented beers evolves and becomes even more round in time. In order to follow the taste evolution of Tongerlo Tripel we specified the bottle date on the back label. This way you can discover when the beer has reached its full maturity, according to your own taste.
