Tongerlo Blonde

Copper coloured with a creamy, white head. The initial taste is soft with a pronounced sweetness. It has a full flavour with a mildly dry aftertaste.

Just like wine, the flavour of re-fermented beers evolves and becomes even more round in time. In order to follow the taste evolution of Tongerlo Blond, Haacht specified the bottle date on the back label. This way you can discover when the beer has reached its full maturity, according to your own taste.
