Moritz Original 30L Stålfat

Moritz is Barcelona's first brewery, founded in 1856 by Louis Moritz right in the city center, between Eixample and Raval. The industrial area that has been home to Moritz company headquarters since 1856 is located right at the edge of the city's ancient Roman wall, at 41 Ronda de Sant Antoni.

Moritz belongs to the oldest brewing family in the country. The founder, Louis Moritz, originally from Alsace, was the first person in Spain to invest in industrial brewing, at what is now the Moritz Brewery on Ronda Sant Antoni.

The beer has a strong character, just like the city of Barcelona, with a mild and delicate taste. The golden color of the beer lights up the whole of Barcelona. In short, Moritz Original is a beer with a very special flavor that draws on the founder's experience and successors' use of traditional production methods to achieve an authentic Spanish taste.
