300 cl
Doudet Naudin

Doudet Naudin has since 1849 produced fine wines from Burgundy. The vineyards are located in the Aude Valley, close to the Pyrénées where the climate is cooler, milder temperatures and rain falls. The vines stands in clay and limestone soil.

The grapes go through a cold pre-fermentation macertion. The fermentation is done for one week at controlled temperatured. A part of the blend is aged on oak barrels for 6-9 months.

Dark rubyred in color. On the nose it is aromatic, with scents of black and red berries mixed with flowers. This Pinot Noir is rich, long and complex with tastes of fruity flavors such as cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants. Fruity, fresh and well balanced with a full body.

Food and wine pairing

Goes well with dishes of white and red meat, fish and cheese.
