Fierce Late Shift

44 cl

Fierce Late Shift is a New England IPA with low bitterness with a juicy and hoppy flavour profile. They use Azacca and Citra to create a tropical and citrus explosion. An extremely delicate ans smooth New England IPA bursting of flavour.

Fierce is a brewery based in Aberdeen, northeast of Scotland. The brewery was established in 2015 by "the two Daves", Dave Grant and Dave McHardy who wanted to get out of the gas and oil industry to brew beer full time. They were both home brewers at the time and invested everything they had starting up Fierce.

They have since created extremely much enthusiasm and joy around the world of beer, but not least in Scotland.  Fierce is known for its unorthodox style and delivers fiercely aromatic and tasty profiles. Right from the start, they stood out and brewed beers like "Fuego Feroz" a Habarnero and Lime Pale ale ,, "Dirty Sanzhez" a smoked Porter, and Cranachan Killer a Raspberry Pale (name of a Scottish dessert), which was very innovative at the time. Since their first beer was produced in 2016, Fierce has grown enormously. Today, they brew everything from lager and pales to mixed fermented sour beer and cask-aged stouts.

Fierce still remain true to their fierce identity by delivering some of Scotland's most bold, tasty and innovative beers. This is a brewery that can offer all beer enthusiasts a variety of exciting beers that are Fiercely Flavoursome. Look out for Fierce in Norway.
